Dane McGraw's years of experience in the realm of construction, includes but is not limited to supervising crews in bridge building and road construction. His skills include operation of a hydraulic crane, trackhoe, bulldozer, grader, roller, rock drill, scraper/pan, truck, curb machine, and asphalt miller.

Dane is proficient at carpentry, welding, the use of cutting torches, concrete floor saw, pile driver, vibratory extractor, setting up and breaking down cranes, Nelson stud welding, set up on screed machine, set up for barrier wall machine, mass concrete control, erosion control, bull float, straight edge, concrete pump hose, rock drill, red iron, and ground up house building.
